SALISBURY/STONEHENGE

Se em cada cidade eu tive surpresas, não seria diferente com Salisbury. Uma pequena cidade que nos remete a um viagem no tempo trazendo todo o seu estilo medieval.

Simpática e aconchegante, Salisbury é uma cidade pacata (veja o simpático senhor pescando), sem deixar de lado a sua agitação. Aliás, a agitação foi num pub (em frente ao restaurante Pizza Express) com direito a DJ e tudo e em plena segunda-feira…viva as férias!

Aqui tive um pequeno momento de Brasil. Foi num café, chamado Moccha Cafe, onde além de ter uma bandeira brasileira, tinha uma brasileira trabalhando lá. A mineira de BH, Renata (olá Renatinha!).

E quanto à cidade….é melhor ver as fotos!

De Salisbury fui de ônibus para Stonehenge, uma região de belos campos verdes e de repente o monumento de pedras! O tempo estava péssimo nesse dia, mas consegui curtir o lugar

If I got surprises in every city and town, it wouldn´t be different in Salisbury. A town which drives us into a time journey back to Medieval times.

Salisbury is a warm and sympathetic, quite and calm town (look at the sympathetic fisherman), but it doesn´t mean you don´t have good places to go at night. By the way, I went to a nice pub (in front of Pizza Express restaurant) with a great DJ playing musics chosen by the public and all of this on Monday…God Bless Holidays!

Here I got a “slice” of Brazil. It was in a Cafe called Moccha Cafe where I could find not only a Brazilian flag but also met a Brazilian girl, who lives in the same city where I live (Hi Renata!)

From Salisbury I went to Stonehenge by bus. A beautiful green field area surrounds the Stone Monument. The weather was terrible that day, but I got the feeling!
